How does it work?
When you sign up for a subscription, you will be charged at the time that the checkout process is completed. Your first package will be shipped within the next day or two and if you choose the free shipping option, you will receive your package within 5 to 10 business days. Note: The subscriptions are set to auto renew each month on the same date as the initial sign up date.
What is included in my monthly package?
Whatever you added to your cart for your first order, is what will be sent to you for your next order.
How do I change my address?
Upon check out, you will create an account with us. You can login to change your address. If you come across any problems, contact our customer service team.
How do I cancel a package?
Upon check-out, you will create an account with us. To cancel, simply login here (https://the28thday.com/my-account/) with your username and password. Note: these details will also be emailed to you, so check your spam folder if you don’t see an email from us. Alternatively, please contact us and we can assist you with cancellation.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
To reset your password, please go to (https://the28thday.com/my-account/lost-password/) and enter your email address. You will then be emailed a link to reset your password.
Do you offer custom packages?
We currently do not have the option to customize. In order for us to offer such competitive prices, we are unable to customize at this time.

When will I be billed?
You will be rebilled each month on the same day that you signed up for your subscription.
How do I update my billing information?
To update your billing information, please login (https://the28thday.com/my-account/) with your username and password. From there, you will be able to update your billing information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal all via PayPal.
